If you find an error in the data displayed on this site, please note the type of issue:

All data comes directly from the US FDA openFDA API and is presented as-is. Errors in the underlying data should be reported to the FDA directly.

If our matching or display logic produces an incorrect link, please contact us. Include the record ID and a description of the problem.

Note: A contact channel for corrections is not yet configured. This is a public-health utility. Corrections and feedback help improve accuracy.

When reporting, please include: the record ID, the URL you observed, and what you believe is incorrect.
